Lucy Shakespeare is a personal trainer with over 15 years of experience coaching, motivating and training clients throughout Chesterfield and North East Derbyshire. Lucy has accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge to help even the most time-stressed people get active in the right ways. She specialises in conditioning, strengthening, Pilates, nutrition as well as rehab from injuries and illness. She can deliver her services in the privacy of your own home, in the outdoors or at a number of gyms in Chesterfield.
How The Goldsmith Clinic and Lucy helped Katie get rid of her baby belly:
Following two pregnancies, Katie had been left with the typical ‘jelly belly’ that exercise and diet couldn’t shift. With a mission to wear a bikini on holiday, she underwent a course of Carboxytherapy at The Goldsmith Clinic to ‘melt’ fat in her abdominal area, while working with Lucy on her diet and undertaking an exercise plan that was focused on strengthening her core muscles and defining her abdominal area. Over a course of three months, Katie’s lost 10cm from her abdominal area, the skin became toned and smooth but, best of all, she had the confidence to wear a bikini on holiday.
